It was another great weekend if you were, or still are, a Modified ace, as two of the most impressive additions to the NLRA series in recent years split the weekend. Two-time and defending series champion, and current point leader, Mike Greseth picked up his 14th series win Friday night at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, while rookie Tyler Peterson won his fourth and fifth features of the season at Norman County Raceway in Ada, MN and Greenbush Race Park in Greenbush, MN.

This Thursday night, September the 10th, the 23rd season of NLRA action comes to a close with the tenth running of the 'Prelude to the Johnny.' The event kicks off the three-day, fourteenth annual John Seitz Memorial, which honors our three-time series champion, the late great John Seitz. Thursday's race serves as the series opportunity to crown its' series champion at their home track, the high-banked, quarter-mile River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, racing at the speedway for the 45th time overall in series history.

Brad Seng parked the No. 12S S&S Transport MB Custom in victory lane Saturday night at the Jamestown Speedway in Jamestown, ND. The win was Seng's fourth with the series at the quarter-mile oval at Jamestown, and his first since 2014. It's also Seng's 40th with the series, which tops the all-time wins list.

This Saturday night, August the 22nd, the series will make it's first and only visit of the 2020 campaign to the Jamestown Speedway in Jamestown, ND. This event is scheduled to be the 25th visit to the quarter-mile on the Stutzman County Fairgrounds.

This Friday night, the NLRA will co-headline with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series at the River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks. This will be the 44th time the series has held an event at the quarter-mile "Bullring" on the Greater Grand Forks Fairgrounds, and the twentieth time the series has shared the spotlight with the Outlaws in Grand Forks since 2009.

This Thursday night, August 20th, the NLRA will race for the second time in three weeks, and for the final time for the 2020 season, at the Norman County Raceway in Ada, MN. This will be the twenty-first visit by the series to the three-eighths mile oval on the Norman County Fairgrounds.

Dustin Strand, driver of the No. 71 Q&Z Plumbing & Heating Millenium SRT, won his first NLRA feature of the season Sunday evening at the River Cities Speedway during the waning hours of the Greater Grand Forks Fair. The win is Strand's 19th with the series, as the three-time and defending series champion is now one win away from becoming the fifth member of the series twenty win club.
