NLRA Event Preview - Sharing The Spotlight With The Outlaws At The Bullring

This Friday night, August the 17th, the NLRA will co-headline with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series for the second time this season at the River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks. The race is scheduled to be the 36th visit to the quarter-mile, high-banked oval on the Grand Forks Fairgrounds, and the third of the 2018 season.

Balcaen Breaks River Cities Drought, Seng Wins Second of the Season

After mother nature swept the previous weekend of NLRA series action, Mike Balcaen and Brad Seng put there names in the win column during the first series races in nearly a month.

Mike Balcaen, driver of the No. 10 Northstar Canada Victory Circle parked in victory lane at River Cities for the first time since September 2, 2011, after defeating Pat Doar and Brad Seng last Friday night. The win is Balcaen's 21st NLRA series victory, at the time re-tying him with Brad Seng, who picked up his 21st series win on May 25th at the Viking Speedway in Alexandria, MN.
