This Friday night, June the 29th, the NLRA will make it's live television debut as the series will be live on Midco Sportsnet during the series second visit of the season at the River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks.

Dustin Strand won his first NLRA feature of the season last Saturday night at the Greenbush Race Park in Greenbush, MN. The win is his first in a Late Model in Greenbush, and his 15th of his NLRA career.

Since the series returned to Greenbush on a yearly basis in 2015, Brad Seng, driver of the No. 12S S&S Transport MB Custom, and Cole Schill, driver of the No. 44 Mid Ag Dispatch MasterSbilt by JMR, have been the ones to beat. The pair have won four of the last five races since the series returned after a four year layoff.

Two-time and defending NLRA series champion Ricky Weiss, driver of the No. 7 Hawkeye Construction Bloomquist, came out on top in a battle that had all drivers in the top seven with a shot at the win last Friday night at the River Cities Speedway.
Nine-time and defending World of Outlaws Sprint Car champion Donny Schatz, driver of the No. 15 Fargo Petro Rocket, started on the pole of the main event, but it was his counterpart on the front row, Late Model Sophomore Travis Robertson, Driver of the No. 1R Big Al's Construction MasterSbilt, who jumped out to the early lead. The NLRA will make their second and final visit to the Devils Lake Speedway this Saturday night, in another co-headlined show. This time the series will share the spotlight with 410 Sprint Cars, as the Northern Outlaw Sprint Association and the Canadian American Outlaw Sprint Series will face off at the third-mile high-banked Crary, ND oval.
This big show will also be highlighted, not only as the final appearance by the NLRA at the track this season, but also as a NOSA Blazin' Challenge qualifier, and a $750-to-win street stock special, as well. The NLRA is set to make it's first visit to the high-banked quarter-mile River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, in grand fashion this Friday night. The series will co-headline with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series for the first of three times this season.
The first scheduled visit by the series was to be held on May 18th, but that race was lost to rain. Three races have been run in weekly competition at the 'Bullring' this season.
