The series has already run one event at Devils Lake the season. That race was on June 27th, and it was Brad Seng who parked the No. 12S Forks Mobile Wash MB Custom in victory lane, with his series leading 38th victory. The win was worth $2,000, as the Walhalla Building Center presented the second running of the Golden Hammer Classic. The event served as the season opener for the series, as the first four events were in some way compromised by the Covid-19 pandemic. Dustin Strand was second in the No. 71 Naastad Acres Millenium SRT, with Joey Pederson rounding out the podium in the No. 7P Vesey Plumbing Victory. Former Devils Lake track champion Brody Troftgruben was fourth in the No. 14 Gateway Auto Tech Rocket, with Troy Schill rounding out the top five in the No. 11 Mid Ag Dispatch MB Custom. Strand is the only other driver with a win at Devils Lake this season, as he won on June 13th over Kevin Robertson, who charged from the eighteenth starting spot in the H. Anderson Concrete No. 10R. | Brad Seng was the NLRA winner at Devils Lake on June 27th. Speedway Shots photo. Related |
