So far this season in NLRA action at River Cities, it was Donny Schatz, driver of the No. 15 Fastlane Car Wash Rocket, that found victory lane in June in the previous event with the Outlaws. Schatz lead all twenty-five laps in a feature that went green to checkered in just over six minutes. Later in June, it was Dustin Strand, driver of the No. 71 Q&Z Plumbing & Heating Millenium SRT, that was best in show at Sunday at the Fair. In a race that was marred by cautions, Strand also lead all twenty-five laps for his first series win of the season. A couple weeks ago, it was Brad Seng parking the No. 12S S&S Transport MB Custom in victory lane for the first time in NLRA action in 2019. Seng held off a hard charging Shane Edginton, and his No. 4 Schill Construction Victory, for his series best 37th win, and 50th at River Cities overall for his career. In weekly competition at River Cities, Dustin Strand has compiled three more wins, to lead all drivers with four. Most recently, however, Brad Seng has been the man to beat, as he has won three of the last four. Joining Schatz with one win are Joey Pederson, driver of the No. 7P Big Jim's Tire Victory, Cole Schill, driver of the No. 44 Rivinius Ranch MB Custom, and Ryan Corbett, driver of the No. C4 Dempsey's Truck Service MasterSbilt. | Ryan Corbett won his first feature in eleven years last Friday at River Cities.
