Many NLRA series regulars have remained active since the the final NLRA series event at the River Cities Speedway on September 5th.
Many NLRA series regulars competed at the 42nd annual Stock Car Stampede at the Jamestown Speedway last weekend. Jeremy Keller of Mandan, ND drove his No. 11K to back-to-back victories at the Stampede. NLRA'ers that took part in the action at Jamestown included Brad Seng, driver of the No. 12S S&S Transport Mars MB Custom, who followed up his second John Seitz Memorial victory with a fourth place run at the Stampede.

Steve Anderson, driver of the No. 9 Hi-Per-Flex Panel Systems Pierce finished 14th, Norm Olson, driver of the No. 29 BM Transport MasterSbuilt came home 16th after starting 23rd. Cole Schill, driver of the No. 44 Quaker Steak & Lube Rocket placed 20th. Josh Johnson, driver of the No. 84X Jerry's Welding & Fabrication Rayburn finished fifth in the B Main after starting in the 11th spot, missing the final transfer spot by one. Billy Michaelsohn, driver of the No. 8 Dave's West Fargo Tire Rayburn and Dusty Peterson, driver of the No. 1 Precision Lawn Car & Landscape Victory Circle also raced in Jamestown, but unfortunately neither made the main event.
NLRA series champion Dustin Strand, driver of the No. 71S Q&Z Plumbing & Heating Millenium continued his battle with Zach Johnson for the Wissota national title at the Red River Co-Op Speedway in Winnipeg. Strand won on Friday night, finished second on Saturday night, and fourth on Sunday night at the North Central Speedway in Brainerd, MN. Mike Balcaen, driver of the No. 10 Northstar Canada Victory Circle finished second on Friday and fourth on Saturday, wrapping up another track title in Winnipeg. Other NLRA cars in action last week included Bill Mooney, driver of the No. 2 freehearingtest.ca Rocket, finishing eighth on both nights in Winnipeg. Former River Cities Speedway Street Stock Champion Jorday Duray raced the No. 71 Todd's Electric Swartz normally driven by Steffen Snare to a pair of 13th place runs in Winnipeg. Dustin Strand also won in his modified Sunday night in Brainerd.
