Jeff Wildung, driver of the No. 50 Veit Companies MB Custom, and Don Shaw, driver of the No. 42S Shaw Trucking Rocket XR1, split the Traditional Labor Day Dobule at the Viking Speedway in Alexandria, MN. Wildung lead all twenty laps to score his fourteenth NLRA win, and twelfth at Viking. Shaw's win is his eleventh NLRA series win, and the sixth year in a row that his has one at least one of the two features contested at Viking on Labor Day weekend.

Dustin Strand, driver of the No. 71 Q&Z Plumbing & Heating Millenium SRT, won the second and final appearance for the NLRA of the 2019 season at the Greenbush Race Park in Greenbush, MN. The win is Strand's third of the season with the series, which ties him with Donny Schatz for most victories on tour this season. The win is also Strand's twenty-first NLRA win, which is fifth on the all-time list. Shane Edginton (4) and Brad Seng (12S) battle at Devils Lake on August 3. They are currently first and second in the point standings, separated by just eight points heading into Alexandria. Speedway Shots photo. This Saturday night, August the 31st, and Sunday night, September the 1st, the NLRA takes part in another edition of a popular staple on each season's schedule, the Labor Day double header at the Viking Speedway in Alexandria, MN. The races are scheduled to be the 44th and 45th times that the High-flyin' Half Mile on the Douglas County Fairgrounds will host the series, the most of any track in series history. It's also the tenth year in a row, and twelfth overall, that the club is scheduled to spend Labor Day weekend at Viking.

This Saturday night, August the 24th, the NLRA heads back north to the Greenbush Race Park in Greenbush, MN. This will be the 30th trip to the high-banked Roseau County oval that measures in at just over a quarter-mile. If the race does not fall to weather, Greenbush will become the third track in series history to host the club at least 30 times, joining the Viking Speedway in Alexandria, MN (43 races), and the River Cites Speedway in Grand Forks, ND (41.)

This Sunday night, the NLRA returns to the Sheyenne Speedway in Lisbon, ND, for the only appearance of 2019. This is scheduled to be the thirteenth appearance by the series at the semi-banked, quarter-mile oval on the Ransom County Fairgrounds.

This Saturday night, the NLRA makes it's only appearance of the 2019 season at the Red River Valley Speedway in West Fargo, ND. The event is scheduled to be the twelfth visit overall, and tenth on the reconfigured third-mile oval on the Red River Valley Fairgounds. It will also be the third and final time the series co-headlines with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series.

This Friday night, the series returns to the River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks for the fourth time in 2019, to co-headline with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. The event is scheduled to be the 41st series race at the high-banked, quarter-mile Bullring on the Greater Grand Forks Fairgrounds.

This Thursday night, August the 15th, the series returns to the Norman County Raceway in Ada, MN, for the first time in two years. The race is scheduled to be the twentieth visit by the series to the three-eighths mile, semi-banked, dirt oval on the Norman County Fairgrounds.

Donny Schatz, driver of the No. 15 Fastlane Car Wash Rocket, finished the 2019 visit to the Nodak Speedway in Minot, ND, just as he did the 2018 visit, in victory lane. The win is Schatz's second of the season with the club, and ninth overall.

Dustin Strand parked the No. 71 Walhalla Builders Millenium SRT in victory lane last Saturday night at the Devils Lake Speedway near Crary, ND. Strand's win is his second of the season with the club, his fourth at Devils Lake, and twentieth series win, as he becomes just the fifth racer all-time to win twenty features in series history.
